All your funds on Challengermode are located in your Challengermode Wallet, you can find your wallet under your Personal Settings
To begin the withdrawal process, open up your Challengermode Wallet and select the option to Withdraw.
Choose Amount
Choose the amount of funds you would like to withdraw from your Challengermode Wallet to your PayPal/Bank.
❗️ Note: If you would like to withdraw a greater sum than the default, please contact our Customer Support and they will assist you.
Personal Info
Your personal information is required to perform the transaction,
fill out all the required fields to continue to the next step.
❗️ Note: You must enter and verify a phone number at the bottom of this screen. Make sure you enter the correct country code - then enter your phone number.
Click Verify and you should receive a code shortly.

Payment Method
To withdraw funds from your Challengermode Wallet you can either do a transfer to your PayPal account or your bank account.
❗️ Note: You can only have one payment method connected for either withdrawals or deposits at any given time. To remove or change your payment method, please contact Customer Support.
Withdraw funds to your PayPal Account
An external window will open that lets you log into your PayPal account. You then continue by verifying and connecting your PayPal account.
To finish the transaction, enter your Challengermode password.
After that, your money will arrive at your PayPal account within a few minutes.
Withdraw funds with a Bank Transfer
A new window will appear that lets you enter your bank details including IBAN and SWIFT number. We recommend having your bank details nearby to make this process as smooth as possible.
Transaction fees
Please note that wire transfers are expensive and come with a higher transaction fee than regular bank transfers. The available payment methods are dependent on your country of residence. In order to minimize your transaction costs we recommend that you choose eCheck/Local Bank Transfer, SEPA, E-check or ACH transfer if available for your country.

Rejected Payment Fees
Please be advised that banks charge a rejected payment fee of at least €25. Depending on currency exchange rate differences and possible lifting fees, the total costs of a rejected payment could be even higher. Please make sure that:
- The name on Challengermode/Tipalti matches the name of the bank account.
- All bank details are correct.
- That your bank accepts electronic payments to avoid unnecessary banking fees.
Verify
You will be re-directed to Challengermode after connecting a payment method, now you simply need to verify the transaction.
To do this, simply enter your Challengermode password in the designated field and click the Continue button.
Your money will be transferred to your chosen payment method within a few minutes.
