There are a couple of ways to check what prevents you from receiving the password reset email:
- You are not verifying the inbox connected to your Challengermode account.
- Verify your User Settings to see your linked email address.
- You have a second Challengermode account.
- If you have a second account for which you have confirmed the location, it will prevent you from receiving the password reset email on your current one.
- A Firewall that is blocking certain emails.
- A setting of your email account that does not allow specific emails.
