If you don't receive the Password Reset email, there are a few things that could be the reason for this.
Below is a check-list that you can go through, that might help you solve the situation - if none of them do, please contact our support team.
- The email might have ended up in your spam or trash inbox.
Make sure you check both! - There is no Challengermode account connected to the email address you entered.
Make sure you entered the email address correctly! - You have a second Challengermode account.
If you have a second account, this could complicate the email reset - whether it's due to the location being confirmed on a different account, the email address being connected to a banned account or similar. - Settings on your email provider that blocks emails from Challengermode.
If that is the case, the emails should be in your spam or trash folder.
