The removal process is quite similar for all payment methods, with small differences. We'll go over the details below.
How do I remove or change my Credit Card or Bank connection?
To remove a Credit Card or Bank connection from your Challengermode account, you need to send an email to our Customer Support team.
Send an email to email@example.com, this email needs to contain the following information:
1: The payment method you wish to disconnect.
2: Reason for removal.
How do I remove or change my PayPal account?
For our Support team to disconnect the currently linked PayPal account you need to send two (2) emails to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
These emails have to be sent to email@example.com from:
1: The email address to your currently linked PayPal Account.
2: Your Challengermode Account email address.
You then need to do the following changes on PayPal. While logged into PayPal you can do this under your pre-approved payments.
Click on Manage pre-approved payments. This will take you to a list of all the shops, sites, or merchants you have billing agreements with. Look for the one that says Challengermode AB.
