Why haven't I got my money?

Bank Transfers

All bank transfers are done through Tipalti.

Payments requests issued before 10:30 PST on banking business days are executed the same day, payment requests issued after 10:30 will be executed on the next banking business day.

The banking business days are typically Monday through Friday, but the banking holidays in the US and UK may affect this.

Credit Card Transfers

Credit card transactions are completed within 10 minutes. If you have performed such a transaction, but the money has not yet been transferred - please contact our Customer Support.

To do so, either send an email to support@challengermode.com - or click the (?) button on Challengermode.

PayPal Transfers

Withdrawals to, and payments from, PayPal are usually instantaneous. Meaning that you should see your withdrawal in 5-15 minutes.

If you can't see your withdrawal or payment (deposit) it is probably because you have not claimed the payment yet. This happens if the recipient (you) has not accepted the payment or has not confirmed the PayPal email address. You can do these two things by verifying your PayPal email address or by logging into your PayPal account and accepting the Payment.
